During any breakdown, timely reactions is especially critical for business continuity. We have a 24-hour breakdown hotline, and our response time is within 2 hours island-wide. We will promptly dispatch our specialist on-site to investigate and provide feasible immediate rectifications to limit impairment and downtime to customers.

AF SPECTRUM

Beyond the standard servicing, we have proper procedures in place to keep track of all actions taken for future references. For a systematic recording of all activities that our personnel perform on-site, we have developed checklists and protocols with stringent code compliance to industry standards. Customers are able to have quick and easy access to these records through our proprietary software platform AF Spectrum, which can generate all checklists and service reports used by our service personnel when carrying out routine tests and system checks on-site.
